What is Unique About Your Business?: We are unique in that we are actually a COLONIAL Tea House, not Victorian. We have been featured in Yankee Magazine as the best tea house in New England, in Victorian Homes as being one of the top ten tea houses in America, and we will be featured in the Spring 2011 issue of Tea Time Magazine. We also use our fresh duck eggs to make our lemon curd and homemade menu items.
What Are Your Best-Selling Teas?: Jane Austen Blend, Abigail Adams Blend, Lavender Rose Tea, Congo Bongo, and Jasmine with Flowers.
Do You Carry Organic Teas?: We carry only organic teas.
Do You Carry Fair-Trade Teas?: Yes.
What Brands of Tea Do You Carry?: We do not use brands, but we offer over 80 loose teas including our lavender lemonade and bubble tea.
Where Are Your Teas Grown?: All over the world in 45 countries including Africa, India, Sri Lanka, and China.
Why Do Your Loyal Customers Keep Coming Back?: They love the ambiance, they enjoy the homemade menu items and they love the tea. We also treat them very special and the tea house makes one feel like they’ve entered a Jane Austen Novel.
What Are Some of Your Specialty Foods and Customer Favorites?: Wraps, homemade soups, chicken salad croissant, quiche, desserts, pate, chicken caesar salad, Asian salads, homemade scones with Devon cream and lemon curd. We use our fresh duck eggs to make our menu items.
Where Can Your Teas be Purchased?: In our shop or email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will mail them to you. Our loose teas are $2.99 per ounce plus shipping and handling.
